Kayalpattinam Thulir Welfare Trust conducted Inaugural Function of School for Special Children. The Function was headed by K M E. Nachithambi. Speaking on the occasion Union Minister D. Nepoleon praised Chief Minister Kalaignar M Karunanithi for the amount of compassion he shows towards differently-abled.
